Music Video Race was a whirlwind but was a whole lotta fun!
Screening party is Sunday, May 27th, at the Rickshaw Stop (get your tickets here to see all the videos; should be a good time: http://www.rickshawstop.com/event/104699/)
We met our amazing filmmaker-duo, Larissa and Devon (special shotout to Valerie!), on Friday at 8pm and became fast friends- shot all day Saturday, then the kickass ladies edited like crazy all day Sunday and literally ran in to submit the finished product at 7:58pm that night. Insane.
In other news, we have a bunch of new shows coming up, so check out our show page and come say hi. We’re really excited to get the summer kicked off right.
Wish Chris a happy birthday if you see him in the next week, too (May 29th is the official day. He’s going to kill me for telling y’all).
A quick reprise of a cover from our Bottom of the Hill show with Bhi Bhiman. Shout out to Toronto’s Bahamas from the city by the bay.
Sunset sings the sweetest tune
Just a song he wrote for his true love the moon
I held you dear since the dawn of time
You know it’s true that for you I shine
Going up, you’re coming down
I’m only hoping that someday you’ll turn around
Cause I’d be shining and then you’d see
Who could love you more than me?
Oh how I wish that you felt the same
I’m jealous of the wolves when they howl out your name
I send my love bouncing from star to star
So it can find you wherever you are
I’m going up, you’re coming down
I only hope that some day you’ll turn around
Cause I’ll be shining and then you’ll see
Who could love you more than me?
Ah who could love you more than me
No one could love you more than me
